SB326 Movie Tax Credits (Passed 31 to 19 on 4/29/2025). Expands and extends the state's film and media production tax credit program under the MEDIA Act through 2045.

HB423 Voter-roll Clean-up (Passed 31 to 17 on 4/14/2025). Revises Montana's election laws concerning the maintenance of active and inactive voter-registration lists.

HB509 Student-loan Assistance (Passed 38 to 10 on 4/14/2025). Expands the state's Quality Educator Loan Assistance Program.

HB809 Red Flag Law Ban (Passed 29 to 19 on 4/14/2025). Prohibits local governments from enacting or enforcing extreme risk protection orders (ERPOs), commonly known as red flag laws, and bars local governments from receiving state or federal funds related to the enforcement of ERPOs.

HB495 Repeal Federal Mandates Act (Passed 33 to 15 on 4/11/2025). Prohibits state and local agencies from implementing or enforcing federal mandates that are not explicitly authorized by the U.S. Constitution.

HB350 Prohibit Intergovernmental Entities (Passed 32 to 16 on 4/11/2025). Prohibits the state and its subdivisions from enforcing or funding mandates issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations (UN), or World Economic Forum (WEF).

HB504 Livestock Loss Assistance (Passed 44 to 4 on 4/8/2025). Expands the state's Livestock Loss Mitigation Program to include domestic bison. 

SB101 Squatters and Property Rights (Passed 35 to 15 on 4/1/2025). Strengthens property rights by establishing criminal penalties for unlawful squatting and fraudulent property listings.

SJ4 Con-Con: Balanced Budget Amendment (Failed 23 to 27 on 3/27/2025). Sought to invoke Article V of the U.S. Constitution to apply for an Article V constitutional convention to propose constitutional amendments imposing fiscal restraints on the federal government.

HB15 K-12 Funding Increase (Passed 33 to 17 on 3/21/2025). Updates the state's K-12 school funding formula to include inflation adjustments.

SB120 Article V Commission (Passed 28 to 21 on 1/30/2025). Proposed establishing a framework for selecting, overseeing, and potentially removing commissioners to represent Montana at a potential Article V Convention for proposing amendments to the U.S. Constitution.

SB44 Separation of Powers Doctrine (Failed 23 to 26 on 1/29/2025). Sought to codify the separation of powers doctrine by delineating the roles and authorities of the legislative, executive, and judicial branches, as well as defining the powers of the Board of Regents of Higher Education and the Board of Public Education.

HB257 Emergency Orders (Passed 68 to 31 on 4/29/2021). Prohibits emergency orders from restricting the ability of private business to conduct business.

HB702 Vaccination Discrimination (Passed 64 to 32 on 4/28/2021).  Prohibits employers from inquiring about the vaccination status of their employees.

HB176 Voter Registration (Passed 65 to 35 on 3/30/2021). Closes late voter registration at noon the day before the election instead of having same day registration.

HB570 Nullification (Rejected 47 to 52 on 3/2/2021). Prohibits infringement of Montana’s constitutional right to nullify any federal statute, mandate, or executive order that may be considered unconstitutional.

HB121 Health Board Accountability (Passed 68 to 31 on 3/1/2021). Ensures that local health board are more accountable to elected officials.

HB258 Gun Rights - Nullification (Passed 66 to 33 on 2/27/2021). Prohibits government entities from allocating funds or using resources to enforce unconstitutional federal gun bans.
