HR231 LGBTQ+ Pride Month (Passed 120 to 83 on 6/11/2025). Recognizes the month of June 2025 as "LGBTQ+ Pride Month" in Pennsylvania.

SB444 Regulatory Review and Accountability (Passed 27 to 23 on 6/10/2025). Requires all state regulations costing over $1 million annually to be formally reviewed after three years.

HB1096 Food Bucks Program (Passed 164 to 39 on 6/3/2025). Creates a program giving SNAP recipients $0.40 in bonus “Food Bucks” per $1 spent on fruits and vegetables, administered by a nonprofit with most funds directed to incentives.

HB1140 Contraceptive Access for All Act (Passed 116 to 87 on 6/3/2025). Mandates that all Pennsylvania health-insurance plans cover every FDA-approved contraceptive at no cost, with state oversight, limited exemptions, and penalties for noncompliance.

SB310 Forced Student Loan Application (Passed 47 to 2 on 5/13/2025). Would require all high-school seniors in Pennsylvania to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

SB9 Fairness in Women's Sports Act (Passed 32 to 18 on 5/6/2025). Requires Pennsylvania school and college sports teams to be designated by biological sex at birth, barring males from female teams and protecting schools that enforce sex-based divisions.

HB630 Equal Pay (Passed 102 to 101 on 5/5/2025). Broadens pay-equity rules by adding race and ethnicity, banning pay secrecy and salary-history use, requiring pay-range disclosure, and imposing stricter enforcement.
