S359 Assault-weapons Ban (Passed 44 to 28 on 6/20/2025). Bans the sale of so-called assault weapons.

S114 340B Protection (Passed 58 to 8 on 6/20/2025). Bars insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, drug manufacturers, or other payors from discriminating against 340B providers.

H5493 Building Decarbonization Act (Passed 48 to 20 on 6/20/2025). Would create a program requiring large buildings in Rhode Island to measure and report their energy and water use and meet state energy-performance standards.

S125 Minimum-wage Increase (Passed 61 to 11 on 6/18/2025). Increases the minimum wage to $16 per hour on January 1, 2026, and then to $17 per hour on January 1, 2027.

H5227 Collective-bargaining Expansion (Passed 69 to 4 on 6/16/2025). Expands collective-bargaining rights for certain employees of the Department of Education.

H5674 Immigration and Landlords (Passed 70 to 1 on 6/16/2025). Prohibits landlords from asking prospective or current tenants about their immigration status.

S125 Minimum-wage Increase (Passed 33 to 4 on 6/12/2025). Increases the minimum wage to $16 per hour on January 1, 2026, and then to $17 per hour on January 1, 2027.

S327 Green Constitutional Amendment (Passed 32 to 4 on 6/3/2025). Would place a "Green Amendment" before voters to amend the state constitution and create a constitutional right to clean air, water, and soil, as well as "a life-supporting climate," and environmental preservation.
