HB664 Automated Speed Enforcement (Passed 76 to 20 on 3/28/2025). Establishes a pilot program for automated speed enforcement in highway work zones by issuing civil citations to drivers exceeding the speed limit by more than 10 miles per hour when workers are present.

HB495 Conversion-therapy Protections & Medicaid Gender-procedures Ban (Passed 78 to 20 on 3/27/2025). Overturns Governor Andy Beshear’s ban on conversion therapy for minors, protects counselors and religious providers offering it, and bars Medicaid coverage for adult sex-change procedures.

HB2 Real Money (Passed 80 to 19 on 3/27/2025). Prohibits the state from charging sales or use taxes on gold, silver, and platinum bullion.

HB4 DEI Admissions Ban (Passed 79 to 19 on 3/27/2025). Prohibits public universities from using diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in admissions, hiring, scholarships, and other areas.
