HB64 Proof of Life for the Preborn (passed 22 to 9 on 3/6/2025). Requires a pregnant woman to receive an ultrasound that allows her to “view the fetal heart motion or hear the heartbeat of the unborn baby” no later than 48-hours before a chemical abortion.

HB199 Expanding "Education Savings Accounts" (passed 21 to 8 on 2/27/2025). Appropriates $30 million for “education savings accounts” in FY 2025 and increases the annual “scholarship award” to $7,000 for all K-12 students.

HB116 Prohibiting Driver's Licenses to Illegal Aliens (passed 22 to 8 on 2/24/2025). Specifies that driver’s licenses issued to “unauthorized aliens” are invalid in Wyoming.

SF96 Wyoming Gold Act (passed 23 to 8 on 2/19/2025). Directs the state to hold at least $10 million in “specie and specie legal tender” and to study methods to “begin accepting gold and silver as a payment medium.”

SJ8 Federal Campaign Finance Amendment (adopted 17 to 13 on 2/11/2025). Would request that Congress propose an amendment to the U.S. Constitution permitting the states and the federal government to “establish reasonable limits on the spending of money to influence elections.”

SJ1 Article V Convention (adopted 22 to 7 on 1/28/2025). Would apply to Congress to call a “convention of the states” under Article V of the U.S. Constitution.

HB166 Education Savings Accounts (Passed 28 to 3 on 3/8/2024). Establishes Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) in Wyoming, allowing students to use funds for preschool, K-12 private schools, and educational expenses.

SF42 Carbon Standards (Passed 18 to 12 on 3/8/2024). Amends Wyoming's low-carbon electricity generation standards originally set in 2020, now requiring public utilities serving more than 10,000 customers to meet these standards by 2033.

SF99 Prohibit Transgender Surgeries for Minors (Passed 28 to 2 on 3/7/2024). Prohibits physicians and healthcare providers in Wyoming from performing certain medical procedures related to transitioning a child's biological sex or affirming a child's gender perception, if different from their biological sex.

HB125 Repeal Gun Free Zones (Passed 22 to 8 on 3/7/2024). Allows individuals with state-issued concealed carry permits to carry weapons in most public places. It criminalizes denying entry to lawfully concealed carry permit holders in specified locations. 

HB71 Broadband Grants (Passed 19 to 12 on 2/28/2024). Authorizes the use of the broadband development subaccount funds to provide the state's share of matching funds required to receive federal funds under any federal broadband program.

SJ4 Con Con (Failed to introduce 17 to 14 on February 15, 2024). Requests Congress to call a convention for proposing amendments to the United States Constitution as specified.

SF102 Food Freedom Act (Passed 30 to 1 on 2/22/2023). Removes government restrictions on the sale of food products.

HB106 Eminent Domain (Passed 18 to 12 on 2/16/2023). Reintroduces a moratorium on the utilization of eminent domain for wind energy collector systems.

SJ11 Con-Con (Passed 17 to 13 on 2/6/2023). Would apply to the United States Congress for a Convention of the States to propose amendments to the United States Constitution.

SF111 Sex Changes for Minors (Passed 22 to 9 on 2/2/2023). Criminalizes gender-affirming medical care, encompassing the provision or assistance of hormone blockers, hormone therapy, or gender-affirming surgery to a minor.

SF101 Legal Tender Act (Passed 16 to 15 on 2/2/2023). Requires the state treasurer to provide for the payment of taxes with gold and silver.

SF106 Large Project Funding (Passed 21 to 10 on 1/25/2023). Allocates funds to nine new projects.

HJ2 Article V - Con Con (Rejected 21 to 37 on 2/16/2022). Requests that Congress call for a convention for proposing amendments to the United States Constitution.

SF118 Federal COVID-19 Relief Funding (Passed 49 to 7 on 4/7/2021). Allows the Governor to create new government programs to spend federal ARPA funds.

HB236 Firearm Business Rights (Passed 44 to 13 on 4/6/2021).  Prohibits financial institutions from discriminating against firearm related businesses.

HB253 Abortion Education Funding (Passed 47 to 10 on 4/6/2021).  Prohibits the University of Wyoming and community colleges from expending funds on abortions or insurance coverage for abortions.

SF34 Born Alive Abortion Care (Passed 48 to 11 on 4/2/2021). Requires that any physician performing an abortion shall take steps to preserve the life and health of the baby if born alive.

HB75 Voter ID (Passed 58 to 8 on 4/1/2021). Requires that acceptable identification be presented before voting in person.
