Creates the Vermont Age-Appropriate Design Code Act, which imposes extensive regulations on "covered businesses," mandating highest-level default privacy settings for minors, as well as restrictions on data collection, processing, sharing, and retention of minors' personal data.

S18 Tobacco Ban (Passed 18 to 11 on 3/21/2024). Targets tobacco and nicotine use through extensive regulatory measures.

S213 State Environmental Control (passed 24 to 4 on 3/20/2023). Would provide the state Agency of Natural Resources control over riverways.

H217 Statewide Preschool Funding (passed 23 to 7 on 6/20/2023). Would require all school districts to provide full day kindergarten care to all children in the district.

H230 Red-Flag Law (passed 19 to 9 on 5/2/2023). Allows family members to report someone as unstable, prohibiting them from purchasing a weapon.

S5 Cap and Trade Scheme (passed 20 to 10 on 5/09/2023). Would force a carbon credit system upon businesses, and increase the role of the state in energy matters.

S102 Collective Bargaining (passed 23 to 7 on 3/30/2023). Would expand collective bargaining to allow outside organizations to sue employers for cause.
