HB2764 Eliminating Income Taxes (passed 34 to 11 on 5/22/2025). Cuts the state’s individual income tax rate by 0.25% beginning in 2026, and creates a process for reducing the income tax rate to zero when revenues hit certain triggers.

SB176 Year-round "Contraceptive" Coverage (passed 30 to 16 on 5/21/2025). Requires health benefit plans that offer coverage for FDA-approved “contraceptive drugs” to cover an initial three-month supply and then a recurrent six-month supply.

SB1126 Government-school Budget (passed 31 to 15 on 5/20/2025). Allocates approximately $3.98 billion in funding to the State Department of Education from the General Appropriations bill for FY 2025-26.

SB269 Carbon Capture (passed 27 to 15 on 5/13/2025). Gives the Oklahoma Corporation Commission exclusive jurisdiction over Class VI CO2 injection wells and related storage units.

HB2110 Subsidizing Hollywood (passed 31 to 14 on 5/6/2025). Establishes, as the “Bringing Sitcoms Home from Hollywood Pilot Program Act,” tax-incentive rebate payments for live audience episodic television in Oklahoma.

SB990 Recall Elections (passed 31 to 15 on 3/27/2025). Would authorize the Legislature to initiate a recall election to remove a statewide elected official from office.

SB1122 Funding Government Schools (passed 37 to 4 on 5/28/2024). Outlines the allocation and budgeting of $5.9 billion for the public school system for FY 2024-25.

SB1192 "Food Insecurity" Grants (passed 37 to 4 on 5/28/2024). Directs the transfer of $8.1 million to the Department of Human Services for additional “food insecurity” grants.

SB1334 "Fertility Preservation" Coverage Mandate (passed 29 to 8 on 5/22/2024). Requires health benefit plans to provide coverage for “standard fertility preservation services” for individuals diagnosed with cancer and who are within reproductive age, when a medically necessary treatment may cause infertility.

HB3156 Prohibiting Ranked-choice Voting (passed 37 to 8 on 4/24/2024). Prohibits the use of ranked-choice voting to conduct any election and nullifies any existing or future adoption of a voting system in conflict with this measure.

HB3959 Taxpayer Money for Major Sports Leagues (passed 35 to 9 on 4/24/2024). Creates the Major Sports Leagues Rebate Program Act, which allows professional sports teams in the state to receive up to $10 million per year in cash incentive payments.

SJR34 Judicial Checks and Balances (passed 32 to 14 on 3/12/2024). Would, if approved by voters, amend the Oklahoma Constitution by granting the Governor the power to nominate and appoint all judicial officers with the advice and consent of the Senate.

SB13 State-subsidized Sports Teams (Passed 31 to 13 on 5/24/2023). Increases the payment period for certain qualifying entities within the sports teams and clubs industry from 15 years to 30 years as it relates to the Oklahoma Quality Jobs Program Act.

SB212 Property Ownership (Passed 40 to 6 on 5/19/2023). Stipulates that individuals who are not citizens of the United States are prohibited from directly or indirectly owning land in the state.

SB613 Ban on Sex Mutilation of Children (Passed 37 to 8 on 4/27/2023). Forbids healthcare providers from performing gender transition procedures on minors.

HB2052 ERIC Prohibition (Passed 39 to 5 on 4/25/2023). Enacts provisions making it difficult for Oklahoma to join ERIC.

HJR1032 Article V Convention: Term Limits (Passed 31 to 11 on 4/20/2023). Applies to Congress, under the provisions of Article V of the U.S. Constitution, to call for a term limits amendment.

SB93 Forced Student Loans (Passed 37 to 8 on 3/9/2023). Requires students to complete and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to graduate from a public high school.
