SB233 Ban on Sex Mutilation of Children (motion to override veto passed 27 to 13 on 4/29/2024). Would have banned healthcare providers from providing “gender transition” treatment to children.

SCR1609 Article V Convention: Term Limits (failed 24 to 15 on 3/27/2024). Applies to Congress to “call a convention” under Article V of the U.S. Constitution for the purpose of proposing amendments that would set term limits on members of Congress.

SB286 Abortion Restrictions (motion to withdraw failed 7 to 26 on 3/21/2024). Would forbid abortion procedures, except when necessary to save the life of a pregnant woman in a medical emergency.

SB365 Election Integrity (failed 18 to 22 on 3/5/2024). Would have amended various provisions of election law, including changing the advance voting ballots deadline, requiring voting to be done by hand, and prohibiting the use of electronic voting systems, poll books, and remote ballot boxes.

SB26 Minor Gender Reassignment Surgery (Passed 26 to 14 on 4/26/2023). Permits an individual who underwent gender reassignment procedures as a minor to initiate a civil lawsuit under the Act against the physician who conducted those procedures.

SB83 Education Savings Accounts (Passed 17 to 20 on 4/6/2023). Provides for awards or grants for qualified students and establish the Kansas Education Enrichment Program Fund and provides Education Savings Accounts to parents across the state.

HB2313 Born-Alive Infants Protection Act (Veto Overridden 31 to 9 on 4/26/2023). Protects babies born from failed abortions and mandates that medical professionals take measures to preserve the baby's life, just as they would with any other birth.

HB2100 ESG Ban (Passed 27 to 12 on 4/6/2023). Prohibits state agencies and political subdivisions from showing favoritism or bias toward companies based on environmental, social, or governance (ESG) factors when awarding contracts.

HB2292 Kansas Apprenticeship Act (Passed 32 to 6 on 4/6/2023). Establishes the Kansas Apprenticeship Act.

SCR1607 Con-Con (Passed 22 to 16 on 3/22/2023). Applies to Congress, under the provisions of Article V of the U.S. Constitution, for a convention to propose a term-limits amendment.

SB6 Limiting Public Health Authority (passed 22 to 18 on 2/23/2023). Removes the authority of public health officials to issue certain orders related to infectious and contagious diseases.

SB34 Prevent Mask & Vaccine Mandates (Passed 23 to 17 on 4/28/2022). Prohibits governmental entities and public officials from imposing mask mandates and vaccine mandates and also limits the powers of the governor.

HB2138 Election Integrity (Passed 28 to 8 on 4/1/2022). Requires all voting systems for elections to use individual voter-verified paper ballots with a distinctive watermark. Also, requires audits of any race that is within 1% of the votes cast.

HB2280 COVID-19 Treatments (Passed 21 to 16 on 3/23/2022). Allows the prescribing of medications for off-label use to fight COVID-19 infections and grants religious exemptions in schools.

SCR1611 Con Con (Passed 21 to 19 on 5/5/2021). Sends SCR1611 back to committee; it is an application to the Congress of the United States to call a convention of the states.

SB55 Fairness in Women's Sports Act (Passed 26 to 14 on 5/3/2021). Requires that public school female student athletic teams only include members who are biologically female.

HB2058 Second Amendment Rights (Passed 31 to 8 on 5/3/2021). Lowers the minimum age for a concealed carry permit from 21 year old to 18 years old.
