SB520 Local-government DEI Ban (Passed 22 to 7 on 4/8/2025). Prohibits "diversity, equity, and inclusion" (DEI) offices, officers, policies, and practices within Arkansas local governments, including counties, cities, and towns.

SB478 Diesel-regulation Nullification (Passed 35 to 0 on 4/8/2025). Declares that the federal government has no constitutional authority to regulate diesel engines operating solely within Arkansas.

HB1444 Corporate Welfare: Data Centers (Passed 24 to 4 on 3/31/2025). Updates the state’s sales-and-use tax exemption for data centers.

SB59 "Free" School Meals (Passed 24 to 1 on 2/17/2025). Requires all public schools to offer every student one free breakfast per day starting in the 2025-26 school year, regardless of income

HB1025 Funding Anti-Tobacco "Public Health" Initiatives (passed 32 to 0 on 4/18/2024). Allocates $14.6 million to the Department of Health for “Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Programs.”

HB1076 Government-Subsidized Housing and Loans (passed 32 to 0 on 4/18/2024). Appropriates $60.4 million, including at least $15 million from federal funds, to the Arkansas Development Finance Authority for “low-income housing” and “student loans.”

HB1737 Gun & Property Rights (passed 28 to 3 on 4/7/2023). Specifies that a property owner who permits all non-employees to carry loaded firearms on their property will not be held liable for any resulting damage, injury, or death caused by such firearms use.

HB1748 Article V Convention: Delegate Rules (passed 20 to 12 on 4/7/2023). Provides false assurance by stating it “regulates” the state's participation in an Article V Convention as per the U.S. Constitution.

HB1718 Sound Money (passed 32 to 0 on 4/5/2023). Reaffirms gold and silver coins as legal tender in the state, exempting them from taxation as personal property.

SB306 Food Stamps (passed 24 to 7 on 4/4/2023). Increases food stamp eligibility in the state and increases SNAP amounts.

SB542 "Proof of Life" for the Preborn (passed 28 to 6 on 4/3/2024). Requires that an obstetric ultrasound, along with a simultaneous verbal explanation and medical description of the “unborn child” it depicts, be performed on and displayed to a pregnant woman prior to an abortion.

SB258 Drop Box Ban (passed 29 to 6 on 3/15/2023). Prohibits the use of absentee ballot drop boxes during elections.

HB1307 Divesting ESG Assets (passed 23 to 9 on 3/13/2023). Authorizes the Treasurer of State to divest public funds with a financial services provider due to the use of “environmental, social justice, and or governance-related (ESG) factors,” such as “diversity and inclusion (DEI) policies.”

SB294 Universal "Education Savings Accounts" (passed 26 to 8 on 3/3/2023). Provides annual state funding for qualifying educational expenses on behalf of “any resident” who is “eligible to enroll in a public elementary or secondary school.”

HB1410 Freeing Youth from "Child Labor Laws" (passed 24 to 9 on 3/2/2023). Eliminates the requirement that minors who are under 16 years of age have to obtain a state-issued work permit prior to employment.

HB1026 No Local Income Tax (passed 27 to 6 on 2/9/2023). Amends state law to prohibit local governments from enacting an income tax.
