SB27 Northwest Indiana Stadium Authority (Passed 95 to 4 on 2/24/2026). Establishes the Northwest Indiana Stadium Authority to acquire, finance, construct, operate, and maintain a professional sports stadium.

Creates the Community Cares Initiative Grant Pilot Program to fund mobile health care and crisis teams in Indiana.
