2026 IN Legislative Scorecard
The following scorecard lists several key votes in the Indiana State Legislature in 2026 and ranks state representatives and senators based on their fidelity to (U.S.) constitutional and limited-government principles.

SB210 Con-Con Compact (Passed 34 to 11 on 1/22/2026). Would have entered Indiana into an interstate compact establishing rules for an Article V constitutional convention.

Reporting Illegal-alien Suspects to ICE
Requires state and local law enforcement to notify federal immigration officials upon making a criminal arrest if there is probable cause that the suspect is an illegal alien.

Secure Voter ID Requirements
Specifies that student documents may not be used as "proof of identification" for voting purposes, and that county voter-registration offices must remove disenfranchised criminals and non-citizens from their voter lists within 48 hours.
