The following scorecard lists several key votes in the Georgia General Assembly in 2025 and ranks state representatives and senators based on their fidelity to (U.S.) constitutional and limited-government principles.

1. Medicaid Coverage for "Tobacco Cessation"

Directs the Department of Community Health to provide Medicaid coverage for "tobacco cessation treatments."

2. Eliminating "School Zone" Ticket Cameras

Would prohibit the use of "automatic traffic enforcement safety devices" to enforce speeding violations in "school zones."

3. AI "Election Interference" Bill

Would make it a crime of "fraudulent election interference" for political campaigns to knowingly publish "materially deceptive" media within 90 days of an election, with the intent of "significantly influencing" a candidate in or "creating confusion" about the election.

4. Right to In Vitro Fertilization

Codifies a right for individuals to obtain in vitro fertilization.

5. Georgia Religious Freedom Restoration Act

Restricts state and local authorities' ability to "substantially burden a person's exercise of religion" without a "compelling government interest."

6. Funding Government Schools

Increases capital outlay funding for public schools from $300 million to $375 million annually.
