HB428 Right to In Vitro Fertilization (passed 160 to 0 on 3/28/2025). Codifies a right for individuals to obtain in vitro fertilization.

SB9 AI "Election Interference" Bill (passed 152 to 12 on 3/27/2025). Would make it a crime of “fraudulent election interference” for political campaigns to knowingly publish “materially deceptive” media within 90 days of an election, with the intent of “significantly influencing” a candidate in or “creating confusion” about the election.

HB225 Eliminating "School Zone" Ticket Cameras (passed 129 to 37 on 3/4/2025). Would prohibit the use of “automatic traffic enforcement safety devices” to enforce speeding violations in “school zones.”

HB506 Medicaid Coverage for "Tobacco Cessation" (passed 142 to 31 on 3/3/2025). Directs the Department of Community Health to provide Medicaid coverage for “tobacco cessation treatments.”
