Arizona Votes

Urges the President and Congress to withdraw the United States from the United Nations.

Prohibits the Arizona National Guard from being deployed into active-duty combat unless the U.S. Congress has issued an official declaration of war or explicitly called forth the National Guard under Article I, Section 8, Clause 15 of the U.S. Constitution.

Prevents Arizona's National Guard from being sent into active combat unless Congress has issued an official declaration of war or taken another constitutional action to authorize it.

Would prevent the National Guard of Arizona from being deployed for active duty combat unless the Congress has passed an official declaration of war or taken another official constitutional action.
