Would amend the Arizona Constitution to require that all voters show valid government-issued proof of identity before casting a ballot in an election.

Applies to Congress to "call a convention" under Article V of the U.S. Constitution for the purpose of proposing an amendment to set term limits on members of the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate.

Would have repealed Arizona's ban on carrying a concealed handgun in a restaurant.

Directs a health insurer to provide coverage for "standard fertility preservation services" to a subscriber who is within reproductive age, who is diagnosed with cancer, and whose medically necessary treatment is likely to cause infertility.

Would ban the use of a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) in Arizona.

Applies to Congress for an Article V constitutional convention to propose a U.S. constitutional amendment imposing term limits on members of Congress.

Restricts the use of voting centers and caps precinct size to 1,000 registered voters.

Mandates that federal law-enforcement officers who are not certified peace officers in Arizona must obtain written permission from the county sheriff before conducting arrests, searches, or seizures within the state.

Bans the use of federally recognized central bank digital currency (CBDC) as a form of payment or contract in Arizona. It also ensures that CBDC is not considered legal tender under Arizona law, including in the Uniform Commercial Code.

Prevents Arizona's National Guard from being sent into active combat unless Congress has issued an official declaration of war or taken another constitutional action to authorize it.

Continues the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System-the state's Medicaid program-through January 1, 2029.

Increases the "Basic State Aid" for K-12 education in FY 2024 to support various government-sponsored programs, such as the "federal Free-and-Reduced Lunch Program" and "county jail education programs."

Would prohibit the use of Ranked-Choice Voting (RCV) in Arizona elections.
