Directs a health insurer to provide coverage for "standard fertility preservation services" to a subscriber who is within reproductive age, who is diagnosed with cancer, and whose medically necessary treatment is likely to cause infertility.

Removes the punishment of 2-5 years in prison for anyone who commits and abortion that isn't needed to save the woman's life.

Removes the punishment of 2-5 years in prison for anyone who causes a miscarriage that isn't needed to save the woman's life.

Would require the State Treasurer to divest from organizations that promote, facilitate, or advocate abortions for minors or the inclusion of sexually explicit material in grades K-12.

Would require any health professional present when an infant is born alive, including during an abortion, to take all medically appropriate actions to preserve the life and health of the infant born alive.

Prohibits a physician from performing an abortion, except in a "medical emergency," after 15 weeks of pregnancy.
