The following scorecard lists several key votes in the Wisconsin State Legislature in 2026 and ranks state assemblymen and senators based on their fidelity to (U.S.) constitutional and limited-government principles.

Senate Votes
1. Funding Government Schools
Would establish new funding for special education and pregnant-teen programs, as part of a $532.5 million annual increase in "state aid" to K-12 public schools.
2. Occupational Licenses for Illegal Aliens
Allows recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program to obtain occupational licenses.
3. Covering Prisoners Under Medicaid
Provides Medicaid coverage for certain healthcare services to "incarcerated individuals" for up to 90 days before their release.
4. Legalizing Online Gambling
Makes online sports betting legal in Wisconsin under the federal Indian Gaming Regulatory Act of 1988.
5. Protecting Children From Sex Mutilation
Would have banned "gender transition medical intervention" for individuals under 18 years of age.
6. Prohibiting “Rights of Nature” Ordinances
Would have prohibited a city, village, town, or county from enacting a "rights of nature ordinance."
