1. Con-Con Rules

Sets deceptive rules for selecting and overseeing South Carolina's delegates to a potential Article V convention, including eligibility, oversight, and compensation.

2. DEI Ban

Bans state and local institutions from promoting DEI programs, requires compliance certification, and allows enforcement by the attorney general.

3. Second Amendment Financial Privacy Act

Bans government gun-owner registries and blocks credit-card companies from using merchant codes to track firearm or ammunition purchases.

4. Weight-limit Exceptions for EVs

Allows electric battery-powered motor vehicles to exceed normal weight limits by up to 2,000 pounds.

5. Corporate Welfare

Extends the Angel Investor Tax Credit Act through 2035.
