2024 OR Legislative Scorecard
The following scorecard lists several key votes in the Oregon Legislative Assembly in 2024 and ranks state representatives and senators based on their fidelity to (U.S.) constitutional and limited-government principles.

House Votes
1. Illegal Immigrant Public Education
Directs the Oregon Department of Education to create and implement a statewide education plan for students who are asylum seekers, refugees, or immigrants, regardless of their status.
2. Green State Investments
Mandates that the State Treasurer and the Oregon Investment Council divest the state's Public Employees Retirement Fund from thermal coal companies.
3. Childcare Program
Establishes the CHIPS Child Care Fund, a government fund, to support childcare funding.
4. Election Languages
Expands election language support by increasing translated voter pamphlets from five to ten languages.
5. Private Business Interference
Regulates warehouse productivity quotas, including prohibiting quotas that violate meal breaks, restroom use, or safety standards, with enforcement by bureaucrats.
6. Program Funding
Allocates nearly $300 million to various state agencies on top of what was originally budgeted.
