LD1666 Ranked-choice-voting Expansion (Passed 21 to 14 on 6/18/2025). Expands ranked-choice voting (RCV) to Maine’s general and special elections for governor, state senators, and state representatives, replacing traditional plurality voting for those offices.

LD1868 Renewable-energy Goals (Passed 19 to 16 on 6/17/2025). It makes it a crime (Class D) to intentionally train others in using weapons or combat techniques if the trainer knows it will be used for "civil disorder." It also bans assembling for such training with the intent of furthering "civil disorder."

Would place several limitations on the powers of the Governor to issue and maintain an emergency proclamation, and specify that a violation by the Governor of the exercise of emergency powers is an impeachable offense.

[Motion to Defeat] HP348 Article V Convention: Term Limits (passed 21 to 13 on 6/2/2021). Would apply to Congress to call an “Article V constitutional convention to propose an amendment to the United States Constitution to impose congressional term limits.”
