HB2568 Homosexual Parentage (passed 36 to 19 on 5/29/2025). Would recognize parent-child relationships “without regard to the marital status, age, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation of the child's parents, or the circumstances of the child's birth.”

HB3489 Taxpayer-funded Abortion (passed 41 to 16 on 5/22/2025). Allows pharmacists to prescribe Medicaid-covered “emergency contraception” to patients.

SB1560 Universal "Mental Health" Screening in Schools (passed 52 to 0 on 4/11/2025). Requires school districts to offer “mental health screenings” to all students annually, beginning in 3rd grade.

SB1675 "Gender Neutrality" in the Military (passed 56 to 0 on 4/9/2025). Removes gender-specific language from the Illinois Code of Military Justice, including “conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman.”

SB1932 Disaster-area Price Controls (passed 41 to 7 on 4/4/2025). Provides that it is an “unlawful practice” to sell consumer food items or goods, except “petroleum products,” for an “unconscionably high” price increase of “20% or more” in a “designated disaster area.”

SB3592 State-Controlled Local Media (passed 43 to 16 on 5/24/2024). Mandates that a “local news organization” shall not be sold without giving 120 days written notice to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, its county government, and “any in-State nonprofit organization in the business of buying local news organizations.”

HB5142 No Copays for Abortions (passed 40 to 19 on 5/23/2024). Requires health plans not to impose any deductible, coinsurance, waiting period, or other cost-sharing limitation for abortion services, with certain exceptions.

HB4895 "Climate Change" Classes in Public Schools (passed 36 to 16 on 5/23/2024). Directs every public school to provide instruction on “climate change,” beginning with the 2026-27 school year.

SB1 Creating the Department of Early Childhood (passed 56 to 0 on 4/12/2024). Creates the Department of Early Childhood, “centralizing” all early childhood education, care programs, and services “into a single State agency.”

SB3219 Farmers' Market Grants (passed 59 to 0 on 4/12/2024). Authorizes the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to provide grants for “equipment upgrades” for “farmer-owned grocery stores or markets.”

SB3762 "Language Equity" in Illinois (passed 45 to 8 on 4/12/2024). Removes “language as a barrier for persons who have limited English proficiency” by adopting a “language equity and access policy” that ensures “multilingual signage,” “multilingual websites,” and “staffing of bilingual employees at State agencies.”

HB3751 Illegal Aliens as Law Enforcement Officers (Passed 37 to 20 on 5/18/2023). Allows individuals with deferred immigration action under DACA to apply for positions such as police officer, deputy sheriff, or special policeman, given they meet certain requirements.

HB2862 Business Rights (Passed 49 to 3 on 5/17/2023). Provides that no day and temporary labor service agency may send a day or temporary laborer to a place where a strike, a lockout, or other labor trouble exists.

HB3491 Prevailing Wage (Passed 40 to 16 on 5/4/2023). Grants laborers, workers, or mechanics employed by contractors or lower tier sub-contractors the right to take legal action if they are paid less than the prevailing wage rates for work on a project.

HB1956 Pronoun Change (Passed 36 to 19 on 5/4/2023). Amends multiple Acts related to children by making language changes aimed at gender "neutrality" and "clarity".

SB1909 Government Weaponization (Passed 36 to 19 on 3/31/2023). Prohibits pro-life limited-services pregnancy centers from using “unfair” competition or “deceptive” practices to prevent individuals from accessing abortion or emergency contraception providers, persuade individuals to use their services, “mislead” in advertising or offering pregnancy-related services, or conduct pregnancy-related services “unfairly” or “deceptively”.

SB40 Electric Vehicle Charging Act (Passed 39 to 16 on 3/29/2023). Provides that a new single-family residence or a small multifamily residence shall have at least one electric-vehicle-capable parking space for each residential unit that has dedicated parking.

SJR0054 Rescind Con-Con (Passed 66 to 42 on 4/8/2022). Rescinds of all previous requests by the Illinois Legislature for a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution.

SB3865 Woke Terminology (Passed 94 to 7 on 4/7/2022). Removes the "dehumanizing" term "alien" from all Illinois statutory provisions.

HB5549 African-American Aids Response Act (Passed 105 to 0 on 3/4/2022). Ensures funds should provide resources for creating and maintaining at least one Black-led Center of Excellence HIV Biomedical Resource Hub for every $3,000,000 of available funding to improve Black health.

HB209 Latex Glove Ban (Passed 100 to 5 on 3/3/2022). Food service establishments and health care facilities may not permit employees to use latex gloves.

HB562 Gun Owner Rights (Passed 75 to 40 on 6/16/2021). Restricts firearm sales, imposes registration requirements and imposes rules on the private transfer of guns.

SB818 Sex Education Standards (Passed 60 to 46 on 5/28/2021). Makes Illinois the first state to implement sex-education that aligns with the extremely explicit and perverse National Sex Education Standards (NSES).

HB3994 Election integrity (Passed 99 to 3 on 03/04/2020). Would make elections in Illinois susceptible to corruption and problems. This would include vote by mail ballots with insufficient postage.

SB1784 Labor Unions (Passed 93 to 23 on 10/29/2019). Would make it harder for employers to run their businesses in the state of Illinois and give more power to corrupt unions. This would also allow unions to coerce workers who may not want to be in a union to have to join, which cedes authority and privacy.

SB0025 Abortion (Passed 64 to 50 on 5/28/2019). Would further cement support for abortion in the state of Illinois, and requires that abortion be covered by insurance providers in the state of Illinois.

HB1637 Sanctuary State (Passed 67 to 50 on 5/27/2019). Disallows Law enforcement from cooperating with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This makes residents of Illinois less safe.

SB1474 Forced Union (Passed 101 to 8 on 4/10/2019). This bill would force unions upon working people in Illinois, and overstep governmental boundaries.

HB2783 Deer Hunting (Passed 100 to 10 on 4/9/2019). Would allow hunters in counties of 500,000+ to use rifles while deer hunting.
