HB91 “Free” School Breakfast (passed 16 to 5 on 6/17/25). Provides a “free breakfast every school day” for all public-school students in schools participating in the federal School Breakfast Program, regardless of household income.

HB35 Death Penalty Prohibition Amendment (passed 14 to 7 on 6/30/25). Proposes a constitutional amendment to Article I of the Delaware Constitution to prohibit the imposition of the death penalty by adding language that explicitly bans it.

SCR120 LGBTQIA+ Acceptance Expanded Efforts (passed 21 to 0 on 6/26/25). Designates June 28, 2025, as “Stonewall Uprising Remembrance Day” to recognize individuals identifying as “lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual/agender (LGBTQIA+)."

SB150 Affordable Rental Housing Program (passed 18 to 0 on 6/10/25). Creates the Affordable Rental Housing Program (ARHP) within the Housing Development Fund. The ARHP is modeled on the federal Section 515 program, and provides loans for very low to moderate-income families, as well as elderly and disabled individuals.

HB140 Assisted Suicide (passed 11 to 8 on 4/17/25). The “Ron Silverio/Heather Block End of Life Options Act” establishes a process for a terminally ill adults to obtain and self-administer “medication to end their life in a humane and dignified manner.”

SB5 Abortion Amendment (passed 15 to 6 on 3/11/25). Would amend the Delaware Constitution to establish a “fundamental right to reproductive freedom,” which entails, but is not limited to, “abortion care,” “contraception,” “sterilization,” “infertility care,” “miscarriage management,” and related services.

HS2-HB125 "Free" School Meals (passed 21 to 0 on 6/27/2024). Provides a “free breakfast and lunch every school day” for public school students who qualify, under federal guidelines, for a reduced-price meal.

SCR100 Article V Convention (defeated with less than simple-majority vote needed 6 to 5 on 6/13/2024). Would apply to Congress for the calling of a “convention of the states” under Article V of the U.S. Constitution.

SB232 'Morning-After' Pill Mandate (passed 21 to 0 on 3/19/2024). Requires all health benefit plans to cover over-the-counter “emergency” contraception without a prescription.

HB99 Delaware Climate Change Solutions Act (passed 15 to 5 on 6/27/2023). Establishes a statewide target of “net zero” greenhouse gas emissions from “all economic sectors” by 2050, with at least a 50% reduction in emissions by 2030.

SB157 "Electronic Money" in the Uniform Commercial Code (passed 21 to 0 on 6/15/2023). Changes Delaware’s definition of “money” to include “electronic money,” as provided by the Uniform Commercial Code.

HB430 Grow Your Own Educator Program (Passed 21 to 0 on 7/1/2022).  Introduces the Grow Your Own Educator Program to enhance the hiring, retention, and diversity of educators in Delaware public schools.

HB375 Racial Equity Consortium (Passed 21 to 0 on 6/29/2022). Establishes the Racial Equity Consortium for the purposes of studying and making recommendations to address the disparities and inequities faced by persons of color in Delaware.

SB127 Economic Development (Passed 21 to 0 on 5/20/2022). Establishes a fund to support economic growth and stability by providing grants, loans, or other aid to businesses and public entities that invest in constructing, renovating, or improving infrastructure for commercial or industrial sites.

SCR43 Equity (Passed 21 to 0 on 5/13/2021). Assess state equity in compensation and salary, particularly in the context of race and gender, by focusing on starting rates for initial appointment and the advanced starting salary procedure.

SB3 Gun Owner Rights (Passed 13 to 8 on 4/1/2021). Requires a handgun qualified purchaser card required to purchase handguns.

SB5 Automatic Voter Registration (Passed 14 to 7 on 3/30/2021).  Establishes an automated voter registration system at the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
