HB35 Death Penalty Prohibition Amendment (passed 28 to 12 on 6/24/25). Proposes a constitutional amendment to Article I of the Delaware Constitution to prohibit the imposition of the death penalty by adding language that explicitly bans it.

SB150 Affordable Rental Housing Program (passed 39 to 0 on 6/30/25). Creates the Affordable Rental Housing Program (ARHP) within the Housing Development Fund. The ARHP is modeled on the federal Section 515 program, and provides loans for very low to moderate-income families, as well as elderly and disabled individuals.

HB91 “Free” School Breakfast (passed 35 to 1 on 6/17/25). Provides a “free breakfast every school day” for all public-school students in schools participating in the federal School Breakfast Program, regardless of household income.

HB205 Abortion and Gender-mutilation Protections (passed 29 to 11 on 6/17/25). Protects healthcare providers from disciplinary actions, civil liabilities, and out-of-state judgments for providing abortion, “fertility treatments,” and “gender-affirming care” services that are legal in Delaware but illegal elsewhere.

HB140 Assisted Suicide (passed 21 to 17 on 3/18/25). The “Ron Silverio/Heather Block End of Life Options Act” establishes a process for a terminally ill adults to obtain and self-administer “medication to end their life in a humane and dignified manner.”

HB11 State and Federal Education Alignment (passed 35 to 0 on 3/13/25). Aligns Delaware's special-education law with the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). It also clarifies that parents may obtain copies of a student’s special-education records.

HS2-HB110 Medicaid-Covered Abortion (passed 26 to 11 on 5/23/2024). Requires Medicaid to cover “services related to the termination of pregnancy.”

HB70 No Death Penalty for Convicted Murderers (passed 33 to 8 on 6/18/2024). Eliminates the death penalty in Delaware.

HS2-HB125 "Free" School Meals (passed 39 to 0 on 6/11/2024). Provides a “free breakfast and lunch every school day” for public school students who qualify, under federal guidelines, for a reduced-price meal.

SB157 "Electronic Money" in the Uniform Commercial Code (passed 41 to 0 on 6/30/2023). Changes Delaware’s definition of “money” to include “electronic money,” as provided by the Uniform Commercial Code.

HCR56 LGBTQ+ "Pride Month" (passed 34 to 6 on 6/6/2023). Acknowledges June 2023 as LGBTQ+ "Pride Month."

HB99 Delaware Climate Change Solutions Act (passed 27 to 13 on 6/6/2023). Establishes a statewide target of “net zero” greenhouse gas emissions from “all economic sectors” by 2050, with at least a 50% reduction in emissions by 2030.

SB6 High-Capacity Magazine Ban (Passed 23 to 18 on 6/6/2022). Prohibits the production, vending, offering for sale, procurement, receipt, transfer, or ownership of a large-capacity magazine.

HB430 Grow Your Own Educator Program (Passed 38 to 0 on 6/14/2022).  Introduces the Grow Your Own Educator Program to enhance the hiring, retention, and diversity of educators in Delaware public schools.

HB375 Racial Equity Consortium (Passed 40 to 0 on 6/7/2022). Establishes the Racial Equity Consortium for the purposes of studying and making recommendations to address the disparities and inequities faced by persons of color in Delaware.

HB198 Black History Education (Passed 33 to 7 on 4/29/2021). Mandates that every school district and charter school create and execute a program focused on Black History, which will be taught to students from kindergarten to 12th grade.

HB125 Ghost Guns (Passed 23 to 18 on 5/20/2021). Creates several offenses, including the possession of an unfinished firearm frame or receiver without a serial number, the production and possession of a concealed or undetectable firearm, the production and possession of an untraceable firearm, and the production or distribution of a firearm using a three-dimensional printer.

SB5 Automatic Voter Registration (Passed 40 to 1 on 5/18/2021).  Establishes an automated voter registration system at the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
