SB142 ERIC Ban (Passed 25 to 5 on 4/17/2025). Removes the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) as an approved database for identifying voters whose residential addresses may have changed. 

SB238 Speed-enforcement Cameras (Passed 30 to 0 on 4/1/2025). Allows the Town of Kinston in Coffee County to use automated speed‑camera systems to issue civil citations. 

SB116 Machine-gun Conversion Ban (Passed 24 to 2 on 3/18/2025). Creates a felony crime under state law for possessing, obtaining, receiving, selling, or using parts designed or intended to convert a pistol into a machine gun, commonly known as “Glock switches.”

SB130 Real Money (Passed 30 to 0 on 3/4/2025). Authorizes refined gold and silver bullion, specie, or coins that are stamped with their weight and purity to be recognized as legal tender in Alabama. 

SB53 Immigration Enforcement (Passed 24 to 8 on 2/13/2025). Strengthens immigration enforcement by requiring status checks on detainees and creating state-level crimes for human smuggling and harboring illegal aliens. 

SB79 "What Is a Woman" Act (Passed 26 to 5 on 2/6/2025). Amends Alabama law by explicitly defining sex-based terms such as “male,” “female,” “man,” “woman,” and related categories. 

HB327 Carbon Storage (Passed 30 to 0 on 5/2/2024). Regulates carbon dioxide storage in Alabama, giving surface owners' rights to underground "pore space" and authorizing state agencies to oversee and lease storage sites.

SB297 Real Money (Passed 34 to 0 on 4/30/2024). Amends state tax law to exempt net capital gains from the exchange of precious metal bullion from state income taxes.

SB281 Firearm Merchant Codes (Passed 32 to 0 on 4/23/2024). Bans government firearm registries and prohibits financial institutions from using special codes to track or reject firearm-related transactions.

HB129 Education Savings Accounts (Passed 23 to 9 on 3/7/2024). Creates a refundable tax credit for parents to cover educational expenses through Education Savings Accounts (ESAs).

SB129 DEI Ban (Passed 26 to 7 on 2/22/2024). Prohibits public entities in Alabama from maintaining diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) offices or sponsoring DEI programs.

SB1 Election Integrity (Passed 26 to 8 on 2/13/2024). Mandates standard forms for absentee ballot requests, prohibits pre-filling or exchanging payments, and imposes criminal penalties for violations.

SB158 Firearm Prohibited Person Database (passed 29 to 0 on 6/1/2023). Provides that the Alabama Firearm Prohibited Person database include “mentally ill persons” involuntary committed for “outpatient treatment.”

HB175 State Income Tax Rebate (passed 25 to 5 on 6/1/2023). Offers a “one-time refundable income tax credit to qualified taxpayers to partially offset the amount of sales taxes paid on groceries throughout the tax year.”

SB263 Expanding Refundable Tax-Credit "Scholarships" (passed 26 to 7 on 5/24/2023). Amends the Alabama Accountability Act to expand refundable tax-credit “scholarships” by raising the poverty threshold for lower-income parents and replacing the term “failing school” with “priority school.”

SB330 Ban on Central Bank Digital Currency (passed 32 to 0 on 5/24/2023). Bans state government agencies from accepting a payment using a Central Bank Digital Currency, and from participating in any test of this type of currency by the Federal Reserve.

SB261 Prohibiting ESG-Based Public Contracts (passed 27 to 8 on 5/18/2023). Prohibits governmental entities from entering into certain contracts with companies that “boycott businesses because the business engages in certain sectors or does not meet certain environmental or corporate governance standards does not facilitate certain activities.”

HB261 Protecting Student Athletes from Transgenderism (passed 26 to 4 on 5/3/2023). Prevents male and female students from participating on athletic teams or sports designated for the opposite sex in public K-12 schools, colleges, and universities.

SB2 Second Amendment Preservation Act (Passed 23 to 5 on 4/7/2022). Forbids law enforcement and state actors from implementing or enforcing executive orders regarding firearms.

HB194 Election Integrity (Passed 25 to 7 on 4/7/2022). Prohibits the use of private donations to fund election costs and expenses (Zuckerbucks).

SB106 General Fund Budget (Passed 29 to 0 on 3/30/2022). Largest general fund budget in Alabama state history at $2.7 billion due to federal COVID-19 funding.

HB272 Constitutional Carry (Passed 24 to 6 on 3/10/2022). Eliminates the requirement to obtain a permit in order to carry a concealed handgun.

SB15 Vaccine Mandates (Passed 25 to 1 on 11/4/2021). Requires that minors receive parental consent before getting a COVID vaccine and prevents educational institutions from asking about a minor’s vaccination status.

SB358 Second Amendment Protection Act (Passed 22 to 5 on 4/15/2021). Makes it illegal for state or local governments to enforce any federal gun law of presidential executive order that violates the 2nd Amendment.
