Prohibits public entities-including state agencies, counties, cities, school districts, community colleges, and public universities-from spending any public or private funds on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) offices, roles, or initiatives.

Prohibits public universities and colleges governed by the Iowa Board of Regents from requiring or incentivizing students and faculty to engage in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training or critical race theory (CRT) content.
