Would prohibit the use of ranked-choice voting (RCV) in Georgia elections.

Would make it a crime of "fraudulent election interference" for political campaigns to knowingly publish "materially deceptive" media within 90 days of an election, with the intent of "significantly influencing" a candidate in or "creating confusion" about the election.

Proposes an amendment to the Georgia Constitution to clarify that only U.S. citizens have the right to vote in state elections.

Proposes that anyone found guilty of disseminating information considered deceptive by the government within a 90-day period leading up to an election will face felony charges. The penalties for this felony range from a minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 5 years in prison. This measure aims to curb the spread of "misinformation" that could influence the outcome of elections.

Prohibits the use of ranked-choice voting in all state elections.
