The following scorecard lists several key votes in the Arkansas General Assembly in 2021-2022 and ranks state representatives and senators based on their fidelity to (U.S.) constitutional and limited-government principles.

1. Declining Enrollment Funding

Allows school districts that have experienced a decline in average daily membership to receive both Declining Enrollment Funding and Special Needs Isolated Funding.

2. Arkansas Sovereignty Act Of 2021

Nullified all "acts, laws, orders, rules, and regulations of the United States Government, whether past, present, or future" that are unconstitutional regarding guns.

3. Intrastate Firearms Protection Act

Prohibits the enforcement of any federal gun laws toward all personal firearms, firearms accessories, or ammunition "that is manufactured commercially or privately in Arkansas and that remains within the borders of Arkansas."

4. Federal "Smart Snacks in School" Program

Allows students in seventh through twelfth grade to access vending machines offering food and beverages that meet the nutrition standards of the federal smart snacks in school program.

5. Arkansas Save Adolescents From Experimentation (SAFE) Act.

Bans doctors from providing gender-affirming health care for "transgender" children.

6. Voter ID for Provisional Ballots

Requires Arkansas voters to show a photo ID to cast a provisional ballot.
