HB1025 Funding Anti-Tobacco "Public Health" Initiatives (passed 75 to 17 on 4/17/2024). Allocates $14.6 million to the Department of Health for “Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Programs.”

HB1076 Government-Subsidized Housing and Loans (passed 89 to 2 on 4/17/2024). Appropriates $60.4 million, including at least $15 million from federal funds, to the Arkansas Development Finance Authority for “low-income housing” and “student loans.”

SB542 "Proof of Life" for the Preborn (passed 80 to 12 on 4/5/2023).  Requires that an obstetric ultrasound, along with a simultaneous verbal explanation and medical description of the “unborn child” it depicts, be performed on and displayed to a pregnant woman prior to an abortion.

HB1748 Article V Convention: Delegate Rules (passed 61 to 11 on 4/4/2023). Provides false assurance by stating it “regulates” the state's participation in an Article V Convention as per the U.S. Constitution.

HB1718 Sound Money (passed 82 to 8 on 4/3/2023). Reaffirms gold and silver coins as legal tender in the state, exempting them from taxation as personal property.

SB306 Food Stamps (passed 65 to 16 on 3/30/2023). Increases food stamp eligibility in the state and increases SNAP amounts.

HB1307 Divesting ESG Assets (passed 70 to 18 on 3/27/2023). Authorizes the Treasurer of State to divest public funds with a financial services provider due to the use of “environmental, social justice, and or governance-related (ESG) factors,” such as “diversity and inclusion (DEI) policies.”

SB258 Drop Box Ban (passed 80 to 16 on 3/13/2023). Prohibits the use of absentee ballot drop boxes during elections.

SB199 Civil Liability for "Transgender" Surgeries (passed 76 to 17 on 3/8/2023). Allows malpractice lawsuits for transgender surgery for minors, effectively ending the practice.

HB1410 Freeing Youth from "Child Labor Laws" (passed 54 to 32 on 2/22/2023). Eliminates the requirement that minors who are under 16 years of age have to obtain a state-issued work permit prior to employment.

HB1026 No Local Income Tax (passed 79 to 10 on 1/31/2023). Amends state law to prohibit local governments from enacting an income tax.

SB629 Declining Enrollment Funding (passed 92 to 0 on 4/21/2021). Allows school districts that have experienced a decline in average daily membership to receive both Declining Enrollment Funding and Special Needs Isolated Funding.

SB298 Arkansas Sovereignty Act Of 2021 (passed 76 to 18 on 4/15/2021). Nullified all “acts, laws, orders, rules, and regulations of the United States Government, whether past, present, or future” that are unconstitutional regarding guns.

SB59 Intrastate Firearms Protection Act (passed 74 to 18 on 4/15/2021). Prohibits the enforcement of any federal gun laws toward all personal firearms, firearms accessories, or ammunition “that is manufactured commercially or privately in Arkansas and that remains within the borders of Arkansas.”

HB1783 Federal "Smart Snacks in School" Program (passed 92 to 0 on 4/14/2021). Allows students in seventh through twelfth grade to access vending machines offering food and beverages that meet the nutrition standards of the federal smart snacks in school program.

HB1570 Arkansas Save Adolescents From Experimentation (SAFE) Act (passed 71 to 27 on 4/6/2021). Bans doctors from providing gender-affirming health care for "transgender" children.

HB1112 Voter ID for Provisional Ballots (passed 75 to 20 on 2/2/2021). Requires Arkansas voters to show a photo ID to cast a provisional ballot.
