The following scorecard lists several key votes in the Alabama Legislature in 2024 and ranks state representatives and senators based on their fidelity to (U.S.) constitutional and limited-government principles.

1. Education Savings Accounts

Creates a refundable tax credit for parents to cover educational expenses through Education Savings Accounts (ESAs).

2. DEI Ban

Prohibits public entities in Alabama from maintaining diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) offices or sponsoring DEI programs.

3. Carbon Storage

Regulates carbon dioxide storage in Alabama, giving surface owners rights to underground "pore space" and authorizing state agencies to oversee and lease storage sites.

4. Disassociate With WHO

Urges an end to U.S. funding for the World Health Organization (WHO).

5. 2nd Amendment Attack

Prohibits the possession of firearms that have parts intended to convert them into machine guns. Violations of this law will result in a Class C felony.

6. Prohibit Ranked-choice Voting

Prohibits the use of ranked-choice voting (RCV) in Alabama for electing or nominating candidates to any local, state, or federal office.
