The following scorecard lists several key votes in the Washington State Legislature in 2021 and 2022 and ranks state representatives and senators based on their fidelity to (U.S.) constitutional and limited-government principles.
This is our first state-level Scorecard; the selected votes may not be reflective of legislators' overall records. Their cumulative scores will change as we add more votes. Please check regularly for updates.

4. Critical Race Theory in Higher Education
Mandates "diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and antiracism" training and assessments for faculty, staff, and students at public institutions of higher education, with the purpose of "eliminating structural racism."

5. Right to 'Miscarriage Management'
Prohibits health care entities from restricting a health care provider's provision of services related to complications of pregnancy, including, but not limited to, "miscarriage management" and treatment of ectopic pregnancies.
