Raw Milk
HB3056 Raw Milk (Passed 83 to 11 on 3/24/2026). Would allow farmers to sell raw (i.e., unpasteurized) cow, goat, or sheep milk directly to consumers at farms, feed stores, and farmers markets, or through farm delivery.
