HB3904 Medicaid Expansion (Passed 82 to 12 on 3/25/2026). Would require Medicaid to reimburse prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services separately rather than through a single bundled maternity payment and expand covered services.

HB4124 Ivermectin (Passed 73 to 23 on 3/25/2026). Would allow FDA-approved ivermectin intended for human use to be sold over the counter without a prescription.

HB3056 Raw Milk (Passed 83 to 11 on 3/24/2026). Would allow farmers to sell raw (i.e., unpasteurized) cow, goat, or sheep milk directly to consumers at farms, feed stores, and farmers markets, or through farm delivery.

HB2021 After-school Grant Program (Passed 51 to 29 on 3/12/2026). Would create the Oklahoma Kids After-School Grant Program within the Department of Human Services.

HB3638 Federal Benefit Program (Passed 56 to 35 on 3/11/2026). Would require the state to participate in the federal Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer program beginning in 2027.

Requires health benefit plans that offer coverage for FDA-approved "contraceptive drugs" to cover an initial three-month supply and then a recurrent six-month supply.

Gives the Oklahoma Corporation Commission exclusive jurisdiction over Class VI CO2 injection wells and related storage units.

Would set forth guidelines to regulate the conduct of delegates to a "convention for proposing amendments" held under Article V of the U.S. Constitution.

Would enable Oklahoma residents to use a transaction card to make purchases with gold and silver from a state-approved bullion depository.

Would make it unlawful to remove a shopping cart from a retail establishment with the intent to deprive the owner of its use, and punish offenders with a fine and/or imprisonment.
