S2167 Adopting Federal School-meal Standards (Passed 79 to 0 on 6/30/2025). Requires all public schools (and nonpublic schools in federal meal programs) to follow the USDA’s 2012 school-meal standards and any stricter updates, extending them to competitive foods (cafeteria and vending snacks).

S3663 "Reproductive Health" Travel Advisory (Passed 54 to 25 on 6/30/2025). Requires the N.J. Department of State to post and keep updated an online “Reproductive Health Travel Advisory” summarizing other states’ abortion restrictions.

A3035 Jail for Parking in EV Spots (Passed 56 to 24 on 6/30/2025). Prohibits non-electric vehicles from parking in EV-only charging spaces, with violators facing fines up to $50, jail for up to 15 days, or both. 

AR194 LGBTQ+ Pride Month (Passed 65 to 5 on 6/30/2025). Designates June 2025 as LGBTQ+ Pride Month in New Jersey. 

A5345 Merchant Category Codes for Firearms (Passed 49 to 27 on 3/24/2025). Mandates use of the ISO firearms-and-ammunition MCC. Payment networks must offer it, and acquirers must assign it to qualified merchants.

A4704 Corporate Tax Increase (Passed 43 to 34 on 6/28/2024). Imposes 2.5 percent corporate transit fee on taxpayers with allocated taxable net income in excess of $10 million under the Corporation Business Tax (CBT).

A4587 Occupational Licensing Burden (Passed 67 to 7 on 6/28/2024). Increases the required training hours for licensure in cosmetology-hairstyling and massage and bodywork therapy from 500 hours to 600 hours. This change aligns with federal aid eligibility for individuals seeking these licenses.

S3407 Green Project Prevailing Wage (Passed 64 to 9 on 6/28/2024). Mandates that projects financed under the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program comply with prevailing-wage requirements, ensuring workers receive no less than the prevailing-wage rate.

S721 Real Money (Passed 73 to 0 on 6/28/2024). Exempts the sale of certain investment metal bullion and investment coins from New Jersey’s sales and use tax.

AR117 Low-Income Internet Resolution (Passed 71 to 0 on 3/18/2024). Urges Congress to renew funding for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), which provides discounted broadband access to low-income households.

S1313 Woke Business Certification Standards (Passed 61 to 8 on 3/18/2024). Requires the New Jersey Treasury Department to establish a standardized LGBTQ+ business certification process for businesses at least 51% owned and controlled by LGBTQ+ individuals.

A5294 Sound Money (Passed 71 to 0 on 1/8/2024). Exempts sales of investment metal bullion and investment coins from sales and use tax.

S3275 State Abortion Information (Passed 48 to 23 on 6/30/2023). Requires the establishment of a new state website with information on "rights" related to "health benefits" coverage for reproductive "health care" services, meaning abortion services.

S3748 Movie Tax Credits (Passed 63 to 13 on 6/30/2023). Empowers the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA) and New Jersey film-lease partner facilities to determine investment terms collectively.

Ab5651 Green Tax Credits (Passed 46 to 30 on 6/30/2023). Supports New Jersey's offshore wind projects by allowing owners and investors of these wind projects to keep certain federal tax benefits.

S2857 Sustainable New Jersey Fund (Passed 68 to 9 on 6/30/2023). Establishes the "Sustainable New Jersey Fund" in the Department of Environmental Protection to support certain sustainability initiatives.

A5086 Welfare Increase (Passed 72 to 5 on 2/2/2023). Increases the minimum monthly benefit under State SNAP Minimum Benefits Program from $50 to $95 and authorizes Department of Human Services (DHS) to increase program benefit amount.

A1282 $45 Million Electric School Bus Program (Passed 47 to 31 on 5/26/2022). Would allocate 45 million dollars over three years to the purchase and maintenance of electric school busses.

Ballooning Budget (Passed 48 to 30 on 6/29/2022). Appropriates $50,640,229,000 in State funds and $24,082,639,850 in federal funds for the State budget for fiscal year 2022-2023.

A509 Attacking Gun Rights (Passed 50 to 28 on 6/29/2022). Changes the minimum eligible age from 18 to 21 that an individual must be to purchase firearms.

S2944 $5.2 Billion Debt Defeasance Fund (Passed 46 to 34 on 6/29/2022). Moves almost 5.2 billion dollars to the "New Jersey Debt Defeasance and Prevention Fund."

S773 Affirmative Action Farmer Registry (Passed 74 to 4 on June 29, 2022). Establishes a New Jersey Minority, Women, and Underserved Farmer Registry.

A1719 Mandatory Implicit Bias Training (passed 58 to 18 on 2/28/2022). Mandates that individuals who serve in the legislature must undergo implicit bias and cultural competency training.

S49 Late-Term Abortions (Passed by 46 to 22 on 1/10/22). Codifies into law an absolute "right" to abortion in New Jersey, including late-term abortion, and abortions performed by non-physicians.

SCR161 Cancel the Con-Con (Passed 44 to 21 on 12/20/2021). Rescinds New Jersey’s prior resolutions calling on Congress to organize a constitutional convention.

A5160 Limiting Consumer Choice (Passed 49 to 25 on 5/20/2021). Establishes minimum energy and water efficiency standards for a wide-ranging variety of consumer goods, including showerheads and computers.

A4454 Teaching Far-Left Identity Extremism (Passed 52 to 10 on 10/29/2020). Requires New Jersey school districts to add radical lesson plans on diversity and equity to K-12 public school curriculums.

AB4320 Promoting Mail-in Voting (Passed 51 to 27 on 8/27/2020). Loosens voting standards by extending deadlines on ballot receipt and election certification, allowing surrogates to request ballots for others, and creating vote-by-mail awareness materials.

A2394 Affirmative Action Police Hiring (Passed 70 to 3 on 6/18/2020). AB2394 creates recruitment and selection programs to increase police hirings of women and minorities, with a reporting requirement.
