HB1485 Increasing Medicaid (passed 91 to 2 on 4/25/2025). Increases the “personal monthly needs allowance” for Medicaid recipients by $15 beginning July 1, 2025, and requires an adjustment annually based on inflation.

HB1365 Right to Bear Arms (failed 29 to 62 on 2/25/2025). Would have repealed the ban against possessing a firearm at a “church or other place of worship” and let any political subdivision enact less restrictive ordinances for a “school.”

HCR3020 Kingship of Jesus Christ (failed 31 to 59 on 2/18/2025). Would have urged North Dakota to “acknowledge the Kingship of Jesus Christ.”

HB1373 Prenatal Equal Protection Act (failed 16 to 77 on 2/12/2025). Would have defined the term “human being” under state law to include an “unborn child” from the “moment of fertilization.”

HB1315 "Defend the Guard" Bill (failed 10 to 84 on 1/30/2025). Would have prohibited the North Dakota National Guard from being mobilized for active duty combat unless Congress has passed an official declaration of war or taken another official constitutional action.

HCR3003 Republican Form of Government (passed 65 to 28 on 1/29/2025). Proposes that any future amendments to the North Dakota Constitution be submitted to the electorate and receive approval from at least sixty percent of the voters.

HB1519 Drones & Autonomous Vehicle Grants (Passed 82 to 10 on 4/26/2023). Provides appropriations to the department of career and technical education and agriculture commissioner for uncrewed aircraft system, autonomous vehicle, or other autonomous technology (drone) grants.

HB1231 Mandatory Dyslexia Screening (Passed 85 to 5 on 4/25/2023). Creates a dyslexia and literacy task force, reading instruction competency for teacher licensure, and the dyslexia screening and intervention program.

HB1487 Firearm Merchant Codes (Passed 81 to 10 on 4/24/2023). Prohibits financial entities' use of merchant codes to track firearm and ammunition-related purchases.

HB1273 Ranked-Choice Voting Ban (Passed 71 to 17 on 4/10/2023). Prohibits ranked-choice voting in North Dakota.

HB1401 Red-Flag Law Prevention (Rejected 33 to 60 on 2/20/2023). Would have prevented state or local agencies from implementing or enforcing “red flag” gun-control laws, and it would have prevented them from accepting federal money to enforce those laws.

HB1082 Sound Money (Passed  84 to 9 on 2/15/2023). Changes North Dakota’s definition of money to ban free-market-based cryptocurrencies and pave the way for a government-issued Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC).

HB1323 Mask Mandates (passed 66 to 27 on 4/22/2021). Prevents any government within the state, including schools, from being able to mandate the wearing of masks.

HB1282 Nullification (failed 38 to 55 on 4/19/2021). Creates a committee with the purpose of acting on federal nullification of any unconstitutional law.

HB1383 Gun Rights - Enforcement (passed 80 to 12 on 4/19/2021). Prohibits a law enforcement officer or individual employed by the government within the state to provide assistance with an investigation, prosecution, or enforcement of an unconstitutional federal gun control law.

HCR3033 Article V Con-Con (failed 26 to 65 on 3/3/2021).  Would have applied to Congress for a Convention of States to propose a congressional term limits amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

HB1429 Compact for a Balanced Budget (passed 75 to 19 on 2/18/2021). Extends North Dakota's current membership in the Compact for a Balanced Budget through 2031.

HB1272 Gun Rights - Nullification (passed 69 to 23 on 2/17/2021). Ensures that personal firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition manufactured commercially or privately are not subject to unconstitutional federal law.
