HB1485 Increasing Medicaid (passed 46 to 1 on 4/28/2025). Increases the “personal monthly needs allowance” for Medicaid recipients by $15 beginning July 1, 2025, and requires an adjustment annually based on inflation.

HB1297 Prohibiting Ranked-Choice Voting (passed 38 to 8 on 4/8/2025). Prohibits ranked-choice voting, as well as approval voting, in all elections.

HB1388 Repeal of Marriage Tax Penalty (failed 13 to 33 on 3/25/2025). Would have repealed the state’s income tax “marriage penalty.”

HB1418 Warrantless Arrest for "Harassment" (passed 44 to 1 on 3/25/2025). Creates an exemption for a law-enforcement officer to arrest a person without a warrant for the offense of “harassing” a public safety agency.

HB1441 Ban on Central Bank Digital Currency (failed 18 to 27 on 3/10/2025). Would have excluded a Central Bank Digital Currency from the definition of “money,” while recognizing gold and silver specie as “legal tender.”

SB2322 Stopping CO2 Pipelines (failed 21 to 26 on 2/10/2025). Would have revoked the common-carrier status of, and ended the use of eminent domain for, carbon dioxide pipelines.

HB1487 Firearm Merchant Codes (Passed 45 to 2 on 4/25/2023). Prohibits financial entities' use of merchant codes to track firearm and ammunition-related purchases.

HB1515 Raw Milk (Passed 32 to 14 on 4/20/2023). Allows farmers to sell raw milk directly to the consumer.

HB1273 Ranked-Choice Voting Ban (Veto Override Rejected 28 to 19 on 4/19/2023). Prohibits ranked-choice voting in North Dakota.

HB1082 Sound Money (Passed 34 to 12 on 3/10/2023). Changes North Dakota’s definition of money to ban free-market-based cryptocurrencies and pave the way for a government-issued Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC).

SCR4012 Rescinding Article V Applications (Rejected 15 to 31 on 2/21/2023). Rescinds all extant applications by the North Dakota Legislative Assembly to call a convention to propose amendments to the United States Constitution, under Article V of the United States Constitution.

SB2212 Property Rights (Rejected 12 to 35 on 2/16/2023). Prohibits the use of eminent domain to construct carbon-capture pipelines in North Dakota.

HB1323 Mask Mandates (passed 66 to 27 on 4/22/2021). Prevents any government within the state, including schools, from being able to mandate the wearing of masks.

HB1282 Nullification (failed 38 to 55 on 4/19/2021). Creates a committee with the purpose of acting on federal nullification of any unconstitutional law.

HB1383 Gun Rights - Enforcement (passed 80 to 12 on 4/19/2021). Prohibits a law enforcement officer or individual employed by the government within the state to provide assistance with an investigation, prosecution, or enforcement of an unconstitutional federal gun control law.

HCR3033 Article V Con-Con (failed 26 to 65 on 3/3/2021).  Would have applied to Congress for a Convention of States to propose a congressional term limits amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

HB1429 Compact for a Balanced Budget (passed 75 to 19 on 2/18/2021). Extends North Dakota's current membership in the Compact for a Balanced Budget through 2031.

HB1272 Gun Rights - Nullification (passed 69 to 23 on 2/17/2021). Ensures that personal firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition manufactured commercially or privately are not subject to unconstitutional federal law.
