HB903 Anti-2nd Amendment Bill (Passed 94 to 12 on 4/25/2024). Criminalizes the manufacture, possession, and use of machine-gun-conversion devices, such as "Glock switches" or "auto-sears," which transform semiautomatic firearms into fully automatic weapons.

HB349 Vehicle Modification Restrictions (Passed 100 to 7 on 4/17/2024). Prohibits vehicle modifications that raise the front fender four or more inches higher than the rear fender, commonly known as "squatted vehicles."

SB2776 Eminent Domain (Passed 87 to 28 on 4/10/2024). Grants certain public agencies the authority to take immediate possession of property easements or rights-of-way when needed for public road construction and utility projects related to specific economic-development initiatives.

SB2425 Ballot Harvesting Restrictions (Passed 80 to 41 on 4/4/2024). Specifies that only election officials, postal workers, individuals authorized by federal law, or a voter's family member, household member, or caregiver may collect and transmit a voter's mail-in ballot. 

HB728 Federal Program Acceptance (Passed 83 to 31 on 3/14/2024). Prohibits health insurance companies, pharmacy benefit manager, drug manufacturers, and distributors from discriminating against entities participating in the federal 340B drug discount program.

HB539 Medicaid Expansion (Passed 117 to 5 on 1/31/2024). Expands presumptive Medicaid eligibility for pregnant women with a net family income at or below 194% of the federal poverty level.

Increasing Funds for Public Schools (passed 115 to 2 on 3/31/2023). Gives, as part of the Mississippi Department of Education appropriations bill, an additional $117 million in funding for K-12 public schools during Fiscal Year 2024.

Authorizing Firearm Suppressors (passed 87 to 26 on 3/28/2023). Provides that firearms suppressors manufactured and possessed in Mississippi are not subject to federal laws and regulations governing firearm suppressors.

Continuing Government Health Care (passed 106 to 5 on 3/27/2023). Makes an appropriation for the purpose of continuing to provide medical assistance under the Mississippi Medicaid Law.

Restoring Sound Money (passed 115 to 0 on 3/27/2023) Exempts sales of coins, currency, and bullion from sales taxes.  

Prohibiting Ballot Harvesting (passed 73 to 44 on 3/7/2023). Prohibits a person from knowingly collecting and transmitting a ballot that was mailed to another person, with certain exceptions.

Ban on Sex Mutilation Against Minors (passed 78 to 29 on 1/19/2023). Bans, through the Regulate Experimental Adolescent Procedures (REAP) Act, “gender transition" surgeries and drugs for minor children.

SB2077 Healthy Food & Families Program (Passed 114 to 8 on 3/26/2022). Permits the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce to increase the purchasing power of Mississippi residents with limited access to fresh fruits and vegetables and support local farmers by providing matching dollar incentives.

SB3062 ARPA Funds (Passed 118 to 4 on 3/15/2022). Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Funds to the Department of Finance and Administration Bureau of Building, Grounds, and Real Property Management.

SB2822 Establish Grant (Passed 120 to 2 on 3/8/2022). Administers Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Funds under the Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to the Department of Environemtal Quality to create a grant to help government comply with regulations and environmental policy.

SB2831 Tech Tax (Passed 108 to 11 on 3/8/2022). Creates the taxation of remote and internet-based computer software products and creates a service study commission to recommend how products should be taxed.

HB1509 Vaccine Mandate (Passed 75 to 41 on 1/27/2022). Prohibits any state or local official, school or university from refusing services, health care access or employment opportunities to a person based on their Covid-19 vaccination status.

HB770 Equal Pay for Equal Work (Passed 114 to 6 on 1/20/2022). Requires that no employer shall pay an employee a wage at a rate less than the rate of an employee of the opposite sex.

SB2971 Bonds & Government Spending (Passed 109 to 10 on 3/29/2021). Authorizes mass amounts of spending on education, capital projects and much more.

HB1263 Out-of-State Occupational Licensing (Passed 115 to 1 on 3/16/2021).  Requires the Mississippi Occupational Licensing Board to issue a license to an applicant who establishes residence in the state if the applicant holds a current license in good standing from another state.

SB2107 Gun Owner Rights (Passed 81 to 34 on 3/8/2021). Prohibits state and local government entities from entering in any contract or rental agreement that restricts the possession, carrying, transportation, sale, transfer, or ownership of guns and firearms.

HB1326 Compact for Balanced Budget (Passed 75 to 44 on 2/11/2021). Pre-ratifies a “Balanced Budget Amendment” before a constitutional convention convenes.

HB1231 Creates Outdoor Stewardship Trust Fund (Passed 117 to 2 on 2/10/2021). Creates a state fund where a portion of the state sales tax revenue derived from certain industries will be deposited into the Mississippi Outdoor Stewardship Trust Fund.

HB1315 Occupational Licenses (Passed 74 to 36 on 2/3/2021).  Repeals occupational license requirements those for art therapists, auctioneers, interior designers, wigologists and massage therapists.
