HF2442 Climate and Energy Spending (Passed 36 to 31 on 5/12/2025). Appropriates state funding for a wide range of climate, energy, and renewable-development programs for the 2026-27 biennium. 

SF2077 Environment and Natural-resources Spending (Passed 35 to 30 on 4/29/2025). Minnesota's omnibus environment and natural-resources policy and appropriation bill for fiscal years 2026-27.

HF688 Property and Contract Rights Violation (Passed 60 to 2 on 4/25/2025). Imposes that landlords and homeowners' associations cannot charge extra pet fees for training service dogs.

HF1355 Nanny State: Scuba Divers (Passed 54 to 10 on 4/10/2025). Adds new safety requirements for anyone using scuba gear while commercially removing or managing aquatic plants.

SR15 Condemning Trump's January 6 Pardons (Passed 34 to 22 on 4/1/2025). Condemns President Donald Trump's pardon of participants of the January 6 incident. 

SF5289 "Jobs and Economic Development" Omnibus (passed 36 to 25 on 5/18/2024). Appropriates approximately $783 million for “jobs and economic development,” including grants to “LGBTQ+-owned small businesses,” “African Immigrants Community Services,” and the “Black Women’s Wealth Alliance.”  

SF4097 "Gender-Affirming" Health Plan Mandate (passed 34 to 32 on 5/15/2024). Mandates that all health plans provide coverage for “gender-affirming care,” with certain exceptions.

SF3567 Government-Run Education (passed 35 to 31 on 5/13/2024).  Extends “four-day school week” approvals; implements “language access plans” for non-English-speaking students; and specifies criteria for the “federal child and adult care food program and federal summer food service program.”

SF3852 State Minimum Wage (passed 34 to 33 on 5/13/2024). Requires small and large businesses to pay their employees the same minimum wage and stipulates an annual increase by the lesser of 5 percent or the inflation-rate percentage.

HF2609 Expanding Restrictions on Firearms (passed 34 to 33 on 5/9/2024). Clarifies that the “trigger activator" ban covers semiautomatic firearms with a “binary firing system” and expands the crime of a “straw purchase” to involve the transfer of “all firearms” to an “ineligible person.”

HF197 Federal Equal Rights Amendment (Passed 42 to 25 on 5/17/23). Urges Congress to recognize the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA).

SF37 Minnesota Equal Rights Amendment (passed 43 to 23 on 5/17/2023). Would propose an “equal rights” amendment to the Minnesota Constitution.

HF3 Voting Changes (Passed 34 to 33 on 4/26/23). Establishes automatic voter registration and allows voters to receive ballots automatically for each election.

HF146 Sex Changes for Minors (Passed 34 to 30 on 4/21/23). Prohibits the enforcement or application of a law from another state that allows a state agency to remove a child from their parent or guardian for permitting the child to undergo sex-change surgery.

HF5 Free School Meals (Passed 38 to 26 on 3/14/23). Enacts that the department is required to allocate state funding to every Minnesota school enrolled in the free school meals program.

HF7 Renewable Energy (Passed 34 to 33 on 2/2/23). Sets unreasonable Renewable Energy Standards (RES) modifications.

SF40 Unemployment Expansion (Passed 56 to 10 on 1/12/23). Makes additional unemployment benefits available from the Minnesota unemployment insurance trust fund for miners.
