HB29 Gun Rights (Passed 75 to 20 on 3/10/2022). Prohibits government within the state from enforcing federal firearm bans.

HB459 Broadband Fund (Passed 97 to 0 on 2/23/2022). Appropriates Federal Funds from the Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 in the amount of $127,000,000 and Federal Funds from the State Fiscal Recovery Fund of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 in the amount of $123,000,000 to the broadband deployment fund.

HB574 Elections (Passed 91 to 3 on 3/29/2021).  Expands the state’s early voting, lets people fix their own ballot issues, and allows drop boxes for people to submit their absentee ballots.

SB8 Vaccine Mandates (Passed 77 to 20 on 3/12/2021). Provides exemptions from mandatory immunization for any child, emancipated minor, or adult who, personally or by a parent or guardian.

HB1 Reopening the Economy (Passed 72 to 22 on 2/2/2021). Allowed businesses to reopen and restored Kentuckian rights after COVID-19 lockdowns.
