The California State Senate passed AB1992 on August 29, 2024 by a vote of 31 to 9. We have assigned pluses to the nays because this expands government, and tax dollars should not go toward complying with any aspect of the United Nations Agenda 2030. These projects prioritize globalist interests over national sovereignty. There is no constitutional authority for federal, state, or local governments to pursue such projects, particularly in the name of “climate change."
